Shamika Woodruff

Shamika Woodruff is the Deputy Division Chief to the Installation Contracting Division, Air Force Sustainment Center, Contracting Directorate, Hill AFB, Utah. She is responsible for a 102-person team directing a $1.7B acquisition portfolio providing contracting support to the Ogden Air Logistics Center, 75th Air Base Wing, 388th Fighter Wing, 319th Fighter Wing and 52 tenant units. Major Woodruff executes divisional staff operations and synchronizes functional integration of the three contracting branches within the Division.

Prior to accepting this role, Shamika served as an Action Officer for the Deputy Assistant Secretary (Contracting), SAF/AQC, Pentagon, District of Columbia.  She had the opportunity to support Installation Support and the deployment of the Air Force’s newest contract writing system, Contracting Information Technology (CON-IT).

Prior to joining SAF/AQC staff, Shamika served as a contracting officer at the Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC) where she managed multi-billion dollar contract portfolios for supporting mission sets ranging from counter-narcotic operations to aircraft back shop maintenance. As a contract specialist, she held a variety of positions within operational and systems contracting.

Shamika graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy. She holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Sourcing from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Masters in Business Administration from Strayer University. Shamika is Level III certified in Contracting and Level I certified in Program Management and has been a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps since 2005.
