Rebecca Lingenfelter

Rebecca Lingenfelter is a Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-Crane), Agreement Officer (AO)/Contract Officer (KO) NT-05 with over twenty (20) years of experience in the contracting arena supporting NSWC, Crane’s Expeditionary Division. Rebecca is the facilitator for the NSWC-Crane, Other Transaction Authority (OTA) working group. In addition to her duties as an AO/KO, she develops and leads training sessions on various contracting strategies, both Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based and Non-FAR based. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods (SMWC) and a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Purdue University (IUPUI). She holds a Level III DAWIA Certification and currently holds a $75M contracting warrant. Additionally, Rebecca has been a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps since 2012.
