Christine Docker

Christine J. Docker, Contract Specialist Lead, Base Operations Support Flight, 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina. She is responsible for providing base operations contract support for the 4th Fighter Wing and the 916th Air Refueling Wing. She provides contract support for over $3.6B in assets, to include multi-role all weather F-15E Strike Eagles and AF Reserve KC-46s, and ensures execution of an annual operations and maintenance budget of $90M.

Ms. Docker entered civil service in November 2015 as a contract administrator and earned her unlimited Air Force warrant in 2021. She also served the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) as part of the 2021 GHOST cohort and earned her unlimited warrant with SOCOM.
