Brittany Harris

Brittany Harris is a Senior Procurement Analyst and an unlimited warrant Contracting Officer for the Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) – Operating Location Space (KS). She is a contracting subject matter expert with 14 years of experience. Brittany conducts policy reviews for two contracting units with 130 acquisition professionals and a $9.1B portfolio, supporting various space missions and base operations for over 4,000 government personnel. She advises the Senior Contracting Official on recommended courses of action and guides Squadron leadership, Contracting Officers, and Program Managers to develop sound business solutions. Brittany is also responsible for the warrant program where she manages over 100 contracting officer warrants and executes unlimited boards, resulting in increased purchase power for the Department of the Air Force. 

Brittany previously served as a civilian for the Army OCONUS running a $90M source selection for intelligence support services across Europe. She also served as a civilian at the United States Air Force Academy, where she awarded and administered contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements, while managing a $90M Broad Agency Announcement for research. Brittany has been instrumental in 15 source selections for services including IT/cybersecurity, partner nation training and exercises, base operations, satellite control network, and test and evaluation of weapon systems.

Brittany is certified in Contracting, Grants, and Program Management. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business with emphases in Finance and Organizational Management as well as her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Innovation Management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She has received multiple Army Achievement medals for exemplary civilian service. She received the Notable Achievement award from the Air Force and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by MG Trevino, SAF HCA.
