Innovation with Academia (IWA) is DIU’s program to mobilize university talent, research, and entrepreneurial capacity against validated national security problems for mission-ready solutions. It connects the national security systems inside universities, and carries the strongest work toward prototypes, transition, and capability the Department can put in the hands of the warfighter.
