US adversaries exploit elite networks of government officials, commercial entrepreneurs, and business executives to broker relationships and business opportunities to expand their foreign policy objectives and infiltrate critical US supply chains. Much of this activity occurs in the open source and is visible through publicly or commercially available information (PAI/CAI) but is difficult to capture, track, and analyze at scale.
The Solution
This solution automatically scrapes, collects, translates, and processes large volumes of OSINT data and delivers a data processing capacity that enables DoD users to accelerate the identification of foreign adversary investments across multiple sectors of critical US national security interest. This capability operates across multiple languages and allows the DOD to detect, track, map, and visualize adversarial actions in technology procurement and foreign investment at scale and in real time, both at home and abroad
