OnRamp Hub: Minnesota is focused on ensuring Minnesota’s growing community of national security innovators has an accessible path to engage with the Department of War and transition dual-use technologies into solutions for the warfighter. OnRamp Hub: Minnesota supports industry and academic partners in overcoming barriers to technology transition by offering educational programming, providing transition services, and hosting stakeholder gatherings to facilitate networking and collaboration.
