Autonomous Warfare

The Autonomous Warfare portfolio builds on Secretary of War Pete Hegseth's recent creation of a new sub-unified command for autonomous warfare. DIU will act as its commercial engine, running selection competitions that substitute machines, fires and electrons for our troops in harm's way. Our goals are simple. We will buy fast, drive costs down and overwhelm the adversary with unmanned mass.
