Problems uploading your AOI submission

If you are having problems uploading your AOI submission to DIU, it may be due to your company's firewall which may be a network based firewall or a firewall loaded into your company provided personal computer.  Either type of firewall from your company's IT team, may be cutting off your AOI submission upload to DIU.

  • Option 1 If you are at home, turn off your company VPN (disconnect from your company's private network connection) and try to upload the file from your company provided personal computer.   This assumes your company provided personal computer does not have a firewall installed inside and configured to prevent the submission upload to DIU.

  • Option 2 If you are at the office, disconnect from your company network.  Instead, use a 5G or LTE wireless hotspot with your company provided personal computer. This also assumes your company's firewall is solely network based and there is no firewall loaded into your company provided personal computer too

  • Option 3 Do not use your company's computer. Use another computer, to submit your file to DIU.

Add DIU to email "white list"

Long term, if your company expects to submit more proposals in the future to DIU, your company's IT department should "white list" the DIU URL used to enable companies to upload submissions to an AOI.  Please contact your DIU representative for details.
